Education Resource Strategies, Inc., was a privately held company that provided web-based marketing solutions to U.S. educational institutions to generate qualified leads and increase student enrollments. The company voluntarily ceased operation in December 2017.

MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) is primarily engaged in the ownership and operation of casino resorts, which includes offering gaming, hotel, convention, dining, entertainment, retail and other resort amenities.

Vice President, Corporate Sustainability Strategies     November 2006 to October 2008

Key architect for the development and execution of the corporate strategy for sustainability, including the identification and execution of business strategies, policies, and directives related to environmental performance and sustainable development for the ten Las Vegas resort properties plus CityCenter and the out-state hotel and casino properties.

Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC) is a Tier 1 automotive cockpit electronics leader at the epicenter of the connected car driving revolution, with one of the broadest cockpit electronics portfolios in the industry. (Visteon Corporation was formerly a Division of Ford Motor Company prior to spin-off in 2000).

Director, Government Affairs & Corporate Responsibility      May 2005 to November 2006

Responsible for Visteon’s global Corporate Social Responsibility and Government Affairs activities, including strategies, policies and directives that drove Visteon toward becoming a more sustainable company. Managed programs, initiatives, budgets and staffs in Government Affairs, Environmental Affairs, Community Affairs, The Visteon Fund – Philanthropic Program, and the Corporate Events Office. (Retired in November 2006 after 30 years of combined Ford Motor Co/Visteon service.)

Director, Corporate Social Responsibility      October 2001 to May 2005

Establish and lead Visteon’s first ever Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Responsibility added to existing management of Environmental Affairs, Community Affairs and The Visteon Fund, Philanthropic Program. Managed the establishment and implementation of the strategies for sustainable development and CSR; the identification of opportunities enabling the development of products and manufacturing technologies that contribute to sustainable development, and distinguishing Visteon’s global corporate citizenship reputation.

Director, Environmental Affairs      September 1999 to October 2001

Drove leading edge environmental performance strategies and programs to positively position and differentiate Visteon in the automotive supplier industry. Results included the establishment and implementation of a policy and strategy for sustainable development; identification of sustainable product design opportunities which distinguished Visteon for its decisive environmental stewardship.

Director, Distributed Power Generation Strategic Business Unit    October 1998 to September 1999

Developed and implemented the strategy and business plan to launch Visteon in this new “non-automotive related” business venture focusing on the development and manufacture of fuel cell based stationary power generators for commercial and residential applications.

Director, Global Customer Service      September 1997 to October 1998

Organized and launched the first ever Global Customer Service Organization within the newly formed Visteon Systems (Division of Ford Motor Company). Established and implemented the customer service strategy and associated policies for servicing OEM customers and the aftermarket field sales units.
